We are pleased to announce that nominations are now open for key leadership positions within PPTA Te Wehengarua for the 2027-2028 term. Members are invited to put forward nominations for the roles of President, Junior Vice President, Māori Vice President, and Executive Members representing various regions across the country. This is your opportunity to help shape the future direction of our Association.
To nominate yourself or another eligible member, please download the official nomination form provided below. Completed forms must be submitted by email to returningofficer@ppta.org.nz no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, 28 August 2026.

Inside the Nomination Form:
- President Nomination Form – For members wishing to stand for the position of President.
- Junior Vice President Nomination Form – For those nominating for Junior Vice President.
- Māori Vice President Nomination Form – For members on the Māori electoral roll nominating for Māori Vice President.
- Executive Member Nomination Form – For members nominating for Executive positions representing specific electoral areas/regions.
Supporting Forms and Materials:
- Candidate’s Information Sheet – All candidates must complete this form with personal, professional, and association-related information, as well as a personal statement (up to 350 words).
- Conduct of Elections Guidelines – Outlines the code of conduct and campaigning rules for all candidates.
- List of Branches in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland Wards (for Auckland region nominations only).
All nomination forms must be completed, signed by a proposer and seconder (who must be eligible members), and submitted along with the candidate’s information sheet.
For President, Junior Vice President, and Māori Vice President nominations, a photo and a short video are also required.
