Community Education Collective Agreement (CECA)

This collective agreement covers work undertaken by tutors, co-ordinators, professional supervisors, and co-ordinator assistants (as those terms are defined in this agreement) employed by school boards in the provision of community education in Adult and Community Education (ACE) and Out of Hours Music and Art (OOHMA) programmes.
