Call for nominations for the Middle Leadership Advisory Committee 2027-2028
Nominations are called for positions on PPTA Te Wehengarua's Middle Leadership Advisory Committee, which provides advice to the Executive on matters affecting those in middle leaders positions in secondary and area schools. Middle leadership refers to curriculum leadership or pastoral care leadership: heads of department, deans, teachers-in-charge and guidance leaders. The period covered is the years 2027 and 2028.
The regions we are filling at this time are in the following areas:
Area 2: Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland (southern & western wards),
Area 3: Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland (northern & eastern wards),
Area 4: Counties Manukau, Hauraki Coromandel,
Area 5: Waikato, Central Plateau,
Area 6: Western Bay of Plenty, Bay of Plenty,
Area 7: East Coast, Te Matau a Māui,
Area 9: Wellington, Te Awa Kairangi, Wairarapa,
Area 12: Ōtākou, Southland
Nominations will close at 5pm on Wednesday 28 October 2026.
