PPTA and Tick 4 Kids

PPTA is a member and supporter of the Tick for Kids coalition.

Tick for Kids is a movement designed to engage politicians and the public in discussion about what needs to be done to improve life for children in New Zealand. It has supported a number of child-wellbeing and anti-child poverty campaigns in recent years.

We support Tick for Kids in the media and in other ways where appropriate, and Tick for Kids has also supported our campaigns. For example, Tick for Kids released a media statement in support of our position on Bulk Funding.

As a member/supporter of the Tick for Kids campaign we are involved in setting the group’s strategy and helping shape key messages and ‘asks’, especially in election year.
